A Complete Check of Compliance on Completion
Our surveyors will attend your property the day after completion to sign off your works and to make sure that everything is as it should be. Only then will we ask for your final payment.
Guarantees & Warranties
Frame of Mind Windows awards its customers a 10 years parts and labour warranty on all the products that we install. All of which is backed up by GGFI insurance policy, which means; should the company cease trading in that time, your warranty will still be honoured (warranty excludes fair wear and tear usage).
There are also free warranties given by certain lock manufactures that run side by side with Frame of Mind Windows which warrant against forced entry and lock failure with compensation offered. All of which gives you great piece of mind. Please ask us for details!
